[NTG-context] ConTeXt Journal 2022 finally online

I just uploaded the articles from 2022:
https://articles.contextgarden.net/journal/2022.html

For 2023, there’s the table of contents, but as usual, we’ll wait a few 
months with the PDFs. (They’re already prepared.)

(Thanks to Taco who did it up to 2021 and provided me with a script to 
simplify the task.)

If you peek at the links and see '/journal' twice, then (at least in the
one case I tried) editing the URL to remove a '/journal' got it working.

Thanks for your work !
May I suggest a small change in the presentation of the years in
	  https://articles.contextgarden.net/journal/ <https://articles.contextgarden.net/journal/> 
in the right column « Navigation »? 
I think it would be more convenient to order the links to the years in decreasing order, that is to present the most recent year on top.
