Hi Manuel and Charles,

   \definefallbackfamily[mainface][rm][New Athena Unicode]
         [preset=range:greek, force=yes]
   \definefontfamily[mainface][rm][Libertinus]
   \setupbodyfont[mainface]
   \starttext
   ab τῇ
   \stoptext

Some scripts have predefined ranges thanks to Wolfgang, which avoid
specifing all blocks for a given script.
