Otherwise, compiling "ConTeXt, an Excursion" gives the following complaint:
! I can't find file `mult-en'.

Please type another input file name:
Typing `mult-en.mkii` at the prompt (four or eight times, actually,
once for every pass) also solves the problem, but this is neater.
