Hi Mikoláš,
try this:
\definefontfamily
[mainface]
[rm]
[Gidole]
[tf=file:Gidole-Regular.ttf]
\setupbodyfont[mainface]
\starttext
\input knuth
\stoptext
If this works, comment the fourth argument in \definefontfamily.
