I'm still playing with Designer, and actually I can't figure how to make
chained lists of objects.
Here 1 0 obj is Catalog with
/Fields [8 0 R];
following all references R , we will end with 22 0 obj (a leaf)
which is a /Type /Annot.
My problem now is how to make all 'internal nodes' like 8 0 obj ,
25 0 obj and so on.
I suspect double-pass strategy.....
