AR also shows something different from xpdf , gs shows the same of AR too mupdf show something completely different, and I believe from experience that xpdf is right, but at this point the only thing that I care is to understand what is wrong with AR given that xpdf is right. The only solution is to uncompress and study the pdf and the source -- which we don't have . mupdf tools, xpdf tools, and gs can help in this: it seems that xref is a bit messy, so it can be a problem of metapost too, or maybe not at all. In this situation I don't care about poppler, evince, okular, foxit etc -- all marvelous program, but they can't help more than the others. -- luigi ___________________________________________________________________________________ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://tex.aanhet.net archive : http://foundry.supelec.fr/projects/contextrev/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___________________________________________________________________________________
