"quick" IIRC. It describes a system where everybody can
add/delete/edit webpages. For example www.wikipedia.org is an
encyclopedia. Anybody can access any entry. It is growing fast and
the entries are getting better quickly. If you find a typo or an
incorrect statement, just press on "edit" and you can edit the entry.
It is very simple to add an entry, generate hyperlinks, structured
docs etc. You don't have to sing up or create an account or so on most
wiki-systems.
