Hello Paul,

Yes. You need to log in first, then select "Upload file" in the
toolbox on the left hand side. Then choose a file and give it a
sensible descripton. [General Disclaimer: Please only upload images
to which you have sufficient rights to upload, I don't want to get
into jail because of Copyright infringement].
