If you only set `ClassRoom` mode at compile time (rather than setting and unsetting it the middle of the document), then you can do:

\definebuffer[Questions]

\startmode[ClassRoom]
\define\StopQuestionsList {...}

\definestartstop[Questions][...]
\stopmode
