Dear gang,
Is there a way to absolutely forbid a pagebreak between \head and its
following paragraph? [intro] tries hard but sometimes fails. I tried
\setupitemize[each] [inmargin,autointro]
\setuptolerance[vertical,stretch]
but I still get pagebreaks.
Best
Idris
