What is the "official" way?
I'm doing heavy advertising of ConTeXt* among my friends, so I need to
know;).
* even though I still find ConTeXt difficult to use in some areas
(fonts, itemize)

Just pronounce it like the english 'context'. If you want "official" then
say it with a dutch accent ;-)
