Hi,
I am having a strange problem while typesetting my presentation.
I am using
\usemodule[pre-original]
and any word having 'fi' in it comes out typeset with a (R) character
instead of the ligature 'fi'? I tried writing the word as
De{f}inition
or De{f}{i}nition
but to no avail...the 'fi' does not get printed.
What do I do?
Thanks
Suvrit.

This looks like an encoding problem to me, so maybe you should check your
font setup as well as you dvips/pdftex map files.
