After reading the mfonts manual, I still don't know how to install
lbr math tfms.  So far, I've:

1.  Dumped all 41 of the lucida fonts (both .pfb and .afm files) in
    the directory c:\temp.  A listing of the .pfb file follows:

3.  Ran the generated testfile.

4.  Finally I ran the following file:

Please ignore my plea for help -- by playing around, I found out that
all the original .TFM file names for lucida bright were in uppercase
letters, and by converting them all to lowercase letters, I seemed to
have fixed the problem.

i ran into something similar yesterday with another font, especially when a 
font comes from a iso9660 cdrom (all uppercase names) you need to watch out 
for this kind of things
