pandoc version:
pandoc.exe 2.10.1
Compiled with pandoc-types 1.21, texmath 0.12.0.2, skylighting 0.8.5
problem:
> pandoc test.org -f org gfm+backtick_code_blocks -t test.md

It turns out : The extension backtick_code_blocks is not supported for gfm
But, there is "backtick_code_blocks" in gfm in official pages.
