I am translating LaTeX to html and would like to be able to define a new
command with an optional argument and use it. For example
```
\newcommand{\ittakestwo}[2][defaultone]{#2}
...
\ittakestwo[to]{tango} will eval to "tango"
```
Is this possible? I wasn't able to make it work...
