I don’t have an immediate need for it right now, but it definitely sounds 
interesting in general!

Wouldn’t it make more sense as follows, though?

INPUT:

\dpcgraphics[height=4in, width=3in]{foo}{bar}

RESULT:

{
  command = "dpcgraphics",
  keywordargs = {
    height = "4in",
    width = "3in"
  },
  posargs = { "foo", "bar" }
}
