contents. Pandoc currently processes the similar HYPERLINK fields but not the
PAGEREF fields (see module Text.Pandoc.Readers.Docx.Fields).

I would like to implement treating the PAGEREF fields as hyperlinks when they
have a hyperlink switch. Any feedback or objections?
