Betreff: Cite book with author outside brackets - but date and page numer inside brackets

Hello!

How could I cite a book, and have the author outside the brackets, but the date as well as the page number inside e.g.

Author (2019, p.189) wrote

I tried

@Author2017,184
@Author2017;184
-[@Author2017;184]
