https://pandoc.org/filters.html#but-i-dont-want-to-learn-haskell refers to pandocfilters.  That project is (IIUC) no longer being maintained, and is incompatible with the latest version of the Pandoc AST.  Should the reference be removed, or at least accompanied with a warning?
