Hello,

when writing LaTeX I often use jurabib for citations, because of its
footcite command. That format is required by some of my professors so I put
a quick and dirty version of jurabib support into pandoc. See
<https://github.com/fibsifan/pandoc/tree/jurabib> and
<https://github.com/fibsifan/pandoc-templates/tree/jurabib>.
I would really appreciate if someone took a quick look over it, since this
is just copy & paste and I don't really know haskell. Especially I'm unsure
about lines 903-905.

Kind regards
Johannes
