I'm currently trying to convert a markdown file to latex, though here's my 
problem

$ pandoc -t latex -f markdown+raw_attribute -s --filter caou-pandoc-filter 
scratch.md 
pandoc: Unknown extension: raw_attribute

Am I missing something?
