Did I miss some part of the documentation or is there actually no way to
set e.g. --include-after-body from within YAML (i.e. a document) like I can
set it on the CLI?
I realized that when converting from Markdown to HTML using the default
template I can use
---
include-after: [some HTML]
---
but that works only because of the template, and it is different from
--include-after-body which includes a file.
MTIA!
