Re: autolinks in extended markdown?

Pandoc puts link addresses and emails in "code" tags.
I think I may change that.  Do people have strong feelings
either way?

In any case:  for now, you can simply add some CSS to
style

a code.url

so that it doesn't use a monospace font.
