Cannot decode byte '\xfe'

Hello, 
 
When I generated from pdf to html or docx, this problem appeared: Cannot 
decode byte '\xfe': Data.Text.Encoding.Fusion.streamUtf8: Invalid UTF-8 
stream.
Pls, could someone help me or give me advice?

So, Miktex does not support pdf like input file.

Pandoc cannot take PDF files as input.
If you do 'pandoc --help', you'll get a list of the allowed input and
output formats.  Also see the online user's guide.
