Today when I opened http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/, the font size is 
*extremely* small.
I assume some CSS needs changing?

It's fine here (iceweasel/debian). Which browser are you using?

I think this may be a caching issue.  (I did some major website updates
recently.)  I just loaded pandoc.org and it looked fine, but at
johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc I saw the tiny text.  I then reloaded and opened
the javascript console, and then the text was fine.  So my guess is that
you're still getting some cached CSS.

I solved this by refreshing without using the cache. (Firefox 36.0.4 on 
arch)
