upgrade problems (Kubuntu 10.04) convert docx, odt to org online?

Hi

I have problems to upgrade my old pandoc version 1.10.1.

Before I go into details, I would like to know whether there is a online
version for pandoc concerning the conversion from docx (odt) to org.
What I have seen does not include docx and odt as an import format.

I am asking this because, in principle I am satisfied with my old pandoc
version and I can imagine that importing docx and odt may be difficult
and not much can be expected. So I would like to know whether my upgrade
headache are worth the effort, since I only need to convert one
document.

There are so many improvements since 1.10.1, why not
upgrade?  There are binary packages, so it should be pretty
trivial to do so.  I don't know of an online version that
supports docx input.
