I am attaching the AMP template I am using.

I see that AMP HTML tags do not require much adaptation to normal HTML
tags. https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/spec

video and audio tags I am generating by using the plugin, and it is
then complicated. The plugin recognizes if it is AMP page, or if it is
email, or HTML page, and expands into corresponding correct tag.

The images were my problem, and still I don't know how to implement in
custom Lua writer possibility to provide image width and height. Once
I solve that, I can send it to the list.

I am using discount markdown that allows me to correctly specify
image sizes such as:

So now I am simply thinking not to use Pandoc, just to recompile the
discount markdown to have the IMG tag correct for AMP, and I am done
myself.
