Hi, 

I'm converting from markdown to Pdf. Is it somehow possible to use Markdown 
syntax in LaTex environments?

E.g. I want to use something like this:

**My normal markdown text**

\begin{myCustomEnvironment}
**I want to use markdown syntax here**
\end{myCustomEnvironment}

No, but there's a workaround you should be able to find by
