Hi, 

This problem always happens when I use "\\" in latex. How can I fix it?

I can't reproduce the problem with the dev version of
pandoc or with the last release.  What does
'pandoc --version' say?

Sorry -- I can reproduce the problem now (I'd forgotten to
specify docx output).

Please report it as a bug at https://github.com/jgm/texmath/issues.

This is a strange case, though.  Normally you'd want to use
some kind of array environment for this sort of thing, and
that should work fine.
