Convert a HTML file to docx with Styles

Hi have a HTML file and .css file linked to HTML.
is It possible to convert the HTML file to docx file manteining the entire 
style, on every object, inside the .css file?

Any suggestion?

No.  CSS is basically ignored.  Pandoc just tries to
capture the document's structure, not details of styling.
