Re: getting a message "[WARNING] Deprecated: --latexmathml" -- I have no idea why

You should not get this message unless you use
`--latexmathml` on the command line.

Is it possible that your 'pandoc' is aliased to something
like 'pandoc --latexmathml'?  Or that you're actually
running a shell wrapper?
