I am using pandoc with -t html5 to make a PDF that has CSS formatting. This uses wkhtmltopdf under the hood, which I used in a previous project.

wkhtmltopdf has some useful options such as --footer-right [page] to add page numbers in the footer, however these options don't seem to be exposed in the pandoc options.
