Heya,<div><br></div><div>I’ve noticed that pandoc markdown to html does not use html entities. em dashes, en dashes, ellipses, and quotation marks are output as actual characters.</div><div><br></div><div>This happens regardless of the input format, for example: &amp;mdash;, --, —, are all converted to —.</div><div><br></div><div>Is there a way to have pandoc output HTML entities?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Mark&nbsp;</div>
