Including Title page in DOCX

 Hi, I would like to create a DOCX containing:

TITLE PAGE
<PAGE JUMP>
TABLE OF CONTENTS
<PAGE JUMP>
BODY TEXT

Curently I'm using this command to create my output document:

pandoc source.md --toc --reference-docx template.docx --number-sections -o 
output.docx

This creates a Document containing title, author and date, following by the 
TOC then the body text, without page jumps in between. I also like, instead 
of title, author and date, use a complete page for title, containing a logo 
image, for example.
