Install Pandoc Crossref for windows

I have a simple question. How can I install pandoc crossref for windows? 

 I have downloaded the windows executable from the github releases page. 
But, what do I do with it now?

After you have downloaded the binary you have to put it in a folder that is 
listed in your PATH environment variable.

Do you know how to find out your PATH on windows?

Hello, 

Thanks for your reply. I have set the user variable within the 
Environmental variables (see Pandoc_crossrefpath_set.png)

 However, it is still not working, even after I restarted Power shell. 

My Pandoc code used is as follows: - *pandoc   -F pandoc-crossref 
--citeproc paper.md -N -o paper.docx * 

*I have attached the error message produced when I run the above pandoc 
command. *

OK, I see what you mean about adding to Path. I was not doing it right. It 
has been added and works perfectly. Many thanks for your help.
