I'm doing `pandoc --bibliography=foo.bib -o foo.pdf foo.md` with the .deb
for 2.1. When I have references that look like `[@smith04; @doe99]` I get
references like '[Smith (2004); Doe (1999)]'. It looks like I'm getting
inline citations inside brackets, not bracketed citations.
Has something changed in pandoc, pandoc-citeproc, or the embedded CSL? (I
can't see anything relevant in recent commits but I could well be missing
something.)
