Newbie question: converting docx to html

Thanks for a great tool - it has saved me a lot of time!

I have one problem which I'm hoping someone can help with. I'm converting a 
relatively simple docx document to html which works fine, but where I have 
numbered lists, the html ends up as just a series of <p>s rather than an 
<ol> which is what I expected.

Given the richness of the rest of the tool, I find it hard to believe that 
it doesn't handle this case - surely I am doing something wrong.

Can anyone confirm firstly that it should be able to convert a numbered 
list in docx into a <ol> in html? Assuming this is the case, does anytone 
have any hints for what I should be looking for in debugging this?

Oh, I'm using pandoc version 1.13.2 on a mac with Word version 14.4.8 
generating the docx.

It should be able to handle numbered lists.  Can you attach
a small sample docx that illustrates the problem?
