I noticed the nice gitbook template for html "server" that gitbook uses. It 
looks very nice for some online web viewing scenarios. 

Has someone ported it to a pandoc setup? I use pandoc due to latex and 
other complex sources. I like the nav on the left as well as the buttons to 
go to the next page.
