Hi!

Is there any way to convert links in Markdown documents into normal?
Especially use something like
$ pandoc *.md -o result.html
or better 
$ pandoc SUMMARY.md `grep -Eo "[A-Za-z0-9/_\.-]+\.md" SUMMARY.md` 
metadata.yaml -o result.epub -t epub -s
Which potentially can be used instead of dead gitbooks-cli
