I see this filter and the other, is anyone can convert it to a multi format script?

If I need to write pseudo code it will be something like
if format == 'html' then replace by "<div style=\"page-break-after: always;\"></div>"
if format == 'openxml' then replace by "<w:p><w:r><w:br w:type=\"page\"/></w:r></w:p>"
etc
