W3C Slidy does not work

W3C Slidy does not work

Dear all,

In this week, W3C Slidy does not seem to work. It has been working fine by 
last week.

I'm creating Slidy as follows.
pandoc -t slidy -s a.md -o a.html

a.html links Slidy files as follows:

  <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen, projection, print"
    href="https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/styles/slidy.css" />
  <script src="https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/scripts/slidy.js"
    charset="utf-8" type="text/javascript"></script>

If I browse following linked files,
  https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/styles/slidy.css
  https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/scripts/slidy.js
they will be transferred to following page.
  https://www.w3.org/blog/talks/events/

W3C removes Slidy functionality ?

It recovered (at Tue Jul 17 19:14:00 2018).
I can access following files now.
  https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/styles/slidy.css
  https://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/scripts/slidy.js
