This tutorial explains how to convert from Markdown into a formatted Shun 
manuscript format.

If anyone knows any other commands to make this process easier, feel free 
to share.

One thing I couldn't figure out is how to reference a custom reference 
document in a different directory, as well as reference a custom reference 
doc when converting multiple files.
