The link-citations option, which makes citations hyperlinks to the
corresponding bibliography entries created by pandoc-citeproc, works very
well in, e.g., the DOCX and HTML writers. It doesn't appear to work in the
ICML writer, if I'm not mistaken. Has anyone planned to add (or fix) the
link-citations option to the ICML writer? If not, I could probably figure
out what the ICML output should be if someone else (Mauro Bieg?) could use
that to update the ICML writer.
