When I try to install Pandoc 1.19.2.1 on an MS Windows 7 box, I get a popup 
that says:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is 
unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing 
the installation package 'pandoc-1.17.0.2-windows.msi' in the box below.

Why is it asking to for version 1.17.0.2 when trying to install 1.19.2.1?
