Does anyone know if/how to make the `center` environment work in latex ->
html translation.
For example, I would like to be able to center images like this:
```
\begin{center}
\includegraphics[width=2in]{show_me_how.jpg}
\end{center}
```
As far as I can tell, \ pandoc doesn't handle this, but maybe it is
possible by using a lua filter and perhaps leaving a bread crumb for the
`center` environment?
