hyperlink TOC in epub

hyperlink TOC in epub

I want to hyperlink the beginning of auto-generated TOC (table of content) 
somewhere between my text. If I use `#TOC` it works as expected in HTML but 
doesn't work in EPUB format. What can I do for the same?

`#toc` and `#toc-title` doesn't seem to work either.
