First paragraph formatting in DOCX writer

Hi all, 

When converting from markdown to Docx, I notice that every paragraph after 
a header, bullet or numbered paragraph head receives the "First paragraph" 
format. 

This is inconvenient when the first paragraph of a section needs a 
different formatting than the first paragraph with a bulleted or numbered 
list. 

Is there a way to eliminate the distinction between first and following 
paragraphs ?

Well, if we eliminated the distinction, then the first paragraph of a
section would still have the same formatting as the other ones you
mentioned. You'd have to change the first par of each section by hand,
right? It would, of course, be possible to add a "first paragraph of
section" style, but not sure where that sort of thing would end.

I understand that, but the thing is that in the docs that we are producing, 
the first paragraphs of lists need a different font than the first par of 
text sections. So, as all first paragraphs receive the same formatting, 
I'll have to change this by hand anyway. Wonder if that could not be an 
optional extension ?
