I'm using Typora to create a table.

When I click File->Export->Word(.docx), I got some error

This issue should be filed to typora. The author of typora wrote his own parser to parse your source to pandoc's AST. So apparently he did a mistake in producing a valid pandoc AST.

In case you dont know, typora has an issue tracker on GitHub (typora is not open sourced though).

In general, Typora is not as general as pandoc. So while typora has its own advantages, it cannot do everything pandoc does (even if you installed pandoc) because of the limitation of its AST. (but typora is at its infancy so it will get better, and might already be better than I last evaluate it.)
