Pandoc Docx to Markdown

Hello,

I already have an table of contents in docx file, when I convert it to the 
markdown format it shows up like this below:

How can I get rid of the first heading identifier exp. [(#doküman-yeri)] 
inside crotchet, and click to follow link on the second identifier does not 
work because there is non English characters in it? Is there any solution 
for both of these problems?
