I am trying to have the following changes to the fenced code block in the
pdf output produced by Pandoc via pdflatex:

1. Change the font size to \small. This was done by using the following
instruction
at https://groups.google.com/g/pandoc-discuss/c/YQiDefzWoQY/m/jm2rn7HgXlwJ.

2. Indent the entire block together with line numbers to the right for a
certain amount, say 0.3 in. Without line numbers, we can use a filter to
fake the indentation. I'd like to know how this can be done by changing a
Latex head file so that the code as well as the line numbers will be
indented together.

Thanks,
JH
